new charms, a new business and my specialty

So it turns out that blogging isn't my specialty.  I thought that once all of my kids were in school, that might change.  I guess I am better at making things in my pajamas during the day rather than writing about them. Hence, the intermittent radio silence over the last few years! 

But, here are a few charms that I have been working on over the past couple of weeks:

But, I still enjoy popping in to say hello although I am aware that there might not be many out there to say hello back.  So, as long as you (or even I) take me as I am, I am okay with my pace.  So, I will be here documenting my new soldered jewelry and a few other projects when I can.

I have been adding all sorts of new charms to my etsy shop. I have a few new custom options -

It's been fun having a little time after the holiday rush to come up with more charms. I wish I had time to work on all the ones I think about or see, but I guess it's best to do things a little at a time.

Halloween is just around the corner and I have updated the may and mae etsy shop with some new Halloween charms as well as a few other fun ones - Alice in Wonderland, the Union Jack, and a few Christmas too.

I have been working on some new soldered jewelry and have updated my etsy shop. There are new Patriotic/4th of July charms, initial charms, Coca Cola charms, and some new Paris/New York charms too. All charm purchases come with 24" nickel ball chains as well.

i can't quite tell...

if I am extra busy so I don't craft as much or a bit lazy when it comes to crafting. I still totally dig it, but I think things changed a lot this year when my six year old started kindergarten. He has juvenile diabetes and it seems as though I spent a lot of time up at the elementary school. I have two older boys and I think I was up there more this school year than I was total the seven years before while the older boys attended. But, it has been a blessing to be up there and see him (them all for that matter) have such a successful first year. And, Mallory (my four year old), she keeps me busy too. But what mom isn't busy with her kids? I guess things just changed here for a bit. I still love this blog and I have been working on a few things lately that I wanted to share with you...
